Culinary Stage

Working closely with the Culinary Coordinator of one of Canada’s leading community colleges, we have pooled our efforts and experience to establish relationships with some of the best culinary operations in Canada, the United States, and in Europe, representing Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants with exceptional culinary reputations.

The Stage program offers selected young, dedicated and committed culinary students, an opportunity to intern for a period of (6 to 8 weeks), performing a variety of functions as an apprentice.
